1. The Next button stays grayed out until all the required fields are completed; only then will the Next button turn bright blue and can be clicked.
2. Check each of the 4 question modules and look for error messages or red text to indicate a missing/required field.

3. The Case Information Document file size must be less than 2mb or 2000kb.

4. The Case Information Document file type must be a PDF and the file name end with .pdf
